Convenient location near busy road, airport, and mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and updated rooms with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the pool, spa, and bar and grill. Great value for money.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, as it was close to a general store and situated on the outskirts of Melbourne. This made it easy for us to grab any necessities we needed during our stay. The bistro and chef at the hotel provided some decent meals, although there were some hiccups with the service as mentioned in previous reviews. the hotel was near the events we were attending, making it a convenient choice for us.
There were some issues with the cleanliness of the non-smoking rooms as they had a strong cigarette odor.
